I read a few reviews before purchasing, doubtful however as to whether I would be able to benefit. The DVD delivers as promised, with very clear and soothing instructions, calming music, a steady pace, and a level of difficulty well suited for beginners. I have used it a couple of weeks now; and I feel quite hopeful that I can get my back issues under control.

Great DVD!, 2008-06-04
I've had lower back pain off and on for 2 years, getting increasingly worse over the last 6 months. I started doing the stretches in the DVD, and my back hasn't gotten sore since! I feel my back getting stronger and actually feel like I can start adding other exercises to my day!

No back problems anymore, 2008-04-15
Before I purchased this DVD I couldn't change my position in bed without waking up because of the pain in my lower back.
I didn't want to go to my doctor to get any pills, I wanted to try a way without painkiller.
So I discovered the DVD and after just one week daily 30 minutes practice, I was sleeping like a baby, and my back problems belonged in the past

Excellent Back Care for Anyone !!!!, 2008-01-20
Having practised yoga for many years, never have I found such a comprehensive DVD dedicated to the care of your back.
I would highly recommend the DVD to everyone, whether you suffer from an injured back or more importantly to keep your back in good shape.Working in a heavy lifting environment I will often use the DVD in the evenings to give my back a release from all the work & tension that has built over the day.

 okay for relaxing, 2008-01-14
This video is probably the most basic starter for back pain sufferers. Most of the stretches are really basic ones that I already do. The only difference really is the breathing with the stretch part. Not for anyone looking for an intermediate back stretch or strengthening.
